How long will it take for me to get my items?
Items have different production times that vary depending on the complexity of it's production.
As such items like hoodies, hats, phone cases and other garments might take up to 7 to 15 business days in production.
Once shipped, if within the US the delivery time is usually within 4 to 7 business days.
International orders are a bit more tricky and times can vary due to weather or other transporting conditions.
However I would give it a 10 to 15 business days of travelling, depending on where in the world the order is going to safely reach you.
If you believe the item is taking too long after shipment, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will look into it as soon as possible.
My item says delivered but I don't see it!! I need a refund or exchange!
This doesn't happen often but when it does it can be a big hassle and i understand how vexing it can be.
However please make sure to communicate with your USPS local office and ask them for the currier who delivered the package and see what information he/she can give you. 9/10 times whenever this occurs, the postman has either delivered it to a neighbor or a put it in the wrong mailing box. Point being, do not panic with a bit of back and forth with them your package is very likely to be found and given safely to you!
Please note in instances where you were at fault for inputting the wrong address and the item being delivered to a residence other than yours.
I am unable to help and a refund or exchange are not options i can accommodate.
My order arrived but only x items are here, what about my other items?
This can happen often do not worry!
The perfect example of this if you ordered a hat and hoodie at the same time. Hats are usually produced and shipped very fast and tend to reach
the client before any other bigger garment such as hoodies. The reason for this, is that items can sometimes be produced in different locations and as such will ship separately. This doesn't affect your shipping price.
I order the wrong size, color or style, can i get an exchange or refund?
All items are made to order (unless otherwise noted) and as such cannot be exchange due to the fact the client picked a wrong size, color, etc.
Please make sure to double check your order before placing it in order to avoid these issues. Once an item is shipped there is nothing I can do to help you with the issues stated above.
I order something but... I don't want it anymore or ordered by mistake, can I cancel?
While i have a no return/no refund policy - In cases where you may have ordered something and decided that perhaps you don't want anymore.
Contact me right away, hopefully within 2 to 3 hours of your purchase and i might be able to stop production of the item and safely cancel and refund the order back to you. Please note however that once an item begins fabrication i am unable to stop it's process and the order will go through as ordered.
Where are you located? where are the items being shipped from?
My business is currently running of off California, USA.
However my manufacturing partners are in different states within the US and some even have hubs internationally.
Depending on the location of the order, for example internationally, if one of my manufacturing partners has a hub near you then the item will be fabricated in said hub in order to reach you faster and safer than if it was shipped from the US.
My item is marked as delivered but i did not get it.
Please note that once your package has been handed over to the post office, what happens during transit is out of my control.
You should always contact your local post office to help you locate your package.
Here are some tips:
1. Sometimes signatures are required for international delivery. But if you're not in, or if you miss the bell/knock, the postal worker may leave a slip for you to reschedule delivery or go to your nearest post office to pick it up. Please note that if you didn't reschedule the delivery nor pick it up within a 2-3 week time frame, it will be marked as unclaimed and returned to us. We will then process it as a returned item.
2. Your local post office may be able to pull up records on where the parcel was placed, who signed for it, and certain couriers are also able to pinpoint a GPS location of delivery.
3. Make sure it wasn't left with your neighbours by accident
4. Please double check with people who live with you to see if they collected it on your behalf
If you're still unable to locate your package, you should file a missing mail search with your post office.
Do you do commissions? I'd like to ask if you can make XYXZ character on a XYZ item
I am currently not doing commissions - but I would like to start sometime soon!
I just need to figure out the logistics of doing so and the right pricing.
Once I am ready, I will make sure to let people know.
