All items are made to order!

Every item in this store is made from scratch and as such will take longer to ship out then your average item

 from a store that has hundreds stored in a warehouse somewhere.

Each item category [Hat/T-shirt/Hoodie/ etc] has its own distinct production time. 

Hoodies can take up to 14 business days to be produced and another 5 to 7 business days to reach you. 

If you haven't received your item within this time frame, please do not hesitate 

to contact us so we can look into it and ease your worries. 

Items can and might be shipped separately!

If your order contains a mix of item types, please note that this might mean they will be 

shipped separately depending on the type of item.

This is because, some items are manufactured in separate locations.
As your items are fulfilled, they will be shipped out to you and your order will be updated 

with additional tracking numbers. 

This will not affect your shipping rate when ordering. 

Acrylics/Stickers

These type of items are mostly in-stock and will be shipped as soon as possible. 

Please allow up to 2 business days for stickers and Acrylic Charms to be processed and shipped out.

How long will it take after my item is shipped for me to get it?

Orders within the US should take no longer than 7 business days to reach you after it has been shipped.

International orders [as of 2021] can take up to a week or a bit longer due to the current mailing situation 

being affected by the on-going pandemic. Shipping will have tracking and if you feel worried it might 

be taking too long, please contact us so we can look into it. 

How are items shipped out?

Our main form of shipping is through USPS.

International orders can sometimes be shipped out through DHL
